The Fresh Start Program
Pigment ATX has partnered with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit since 2014 to help individuals remove the marks of a past they have left behind. We are one of four Texas locations participating in this life-changing program.
About the Program
Founded by Dr. Dave Ores, the Fresh Start Program targets the removal of tattoos associated with gangs, prison, and forced circumstances. As Dr. Ores says: "If you're helping yourself, we're here to assist."
The program provides free or heavily discounted laser tattoo removal services for individuals seeking to remove tattoos associated with:
- Gangs or organized crime
- Prison or incarceration
- Forced tattoos (human trafficking, domestic abuse)
- Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory symbols
How to Apply
Applicants must first complete their intake process through drdaveores.org. Once approved through the nonprofit, you will be connected with Pigment ATX as one of the four participating Texas locations. We handle every inquiry with complete confidentiality and respect.
